Leah Zlatkin, Mortgage Broker and COO at Mortgage Outlet says that she is expecting another hike before march of next year. She is still hopeful that things are going to start coming down over the next 4 years.
“But if you have a variable mortgage, it’s likely to remain elevated for a little while” says Zlatkin.
